Our slow smoked ribs have the perfect balance of flavours.  All our ribs come with our mop sauce to help heighten the flavour and texture.  Our ribs are completely cooked through and only need to be reheated for serving.

Heating Instruction:


grill over medium heat turning and mopping every 3 minutes for a total of 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached a minimum of 145F.


Cover a baking pan in tinfoil or parchment paper and place ribs on surface. Bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes, turning and mopping every 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145F.

For fall off the bone ribs

Wrap in foil and cook in foil for 20 minutes.  Remove from foil and follow Grill or Oven instruction.
$28 per rack of ribs including mop sauce
**Ribs are smoked once per week on Wednesdays.  All orders must be in by noon Tuesdays.  They will be ready for pick up at Spruce Grove Wilhauk Beef Jerky for Thursday afternoons and Fridays.  Customers must have receipt or ID to pick up.  All rib orders include a container of mop sauce for reheating/finishing at home.**
